Buckingham Church and COVID-19
*Updated May 2021
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you.
Let not your hearts be troubled neither let them be afraid." John 14: 27
Dear Buckingham Church Members and friends.
We are now offering a hybrid service schedule that will allow for us to gather together in the church itself or to participate in the worship services remotely at the same time. Please join us at 10:00 am Sunday mornings live on Zoom or Facebook for an inspiring service if you are unable to be here in person. You can also watch the service here on the website by visiting the "Services" tab and selecting "Virtual Services" on the drop down. Please note, Sunday School is only being offered in person at this time. We have had a team of church members who've been meeting weekly for several months who have been working to ensure the safety and well being of all who wish to participate in services, either in person or virtually.
Pastor Shelly offers "A Journey Through the Book of Psalms" at noon each Wednesday. You can find that live on Facebook, or view it later either on YouTube or the home page.
In this time, let us pray for our church family and those around the globe whose lives and livelihoods have been impacted by the virus. Let us be God's heart and hands, reaching out to those who will be impacted with love, aid and care.
Let us remember, we’re all in this together. If you are able, please keep the financial needs of the church in mind as we continue to need your support caring for our community both within the church and at large. You can give in one of the following ways:
* Electronic Funds Transfer – Print and complete EFT form and send to the attention of Brett Martin along with a voided check to Buckingham Church, 16 Cricket Lane, Glastonbury, CT 06033.
* Check mailed to the church at the address above
* Online Giving (Paypal) on the website
Please direct payment questions to Brett: 860-633-7992 or email
Let's do everything we can to stay in community and reach out to each other in love.
